For awhile we have been pulling our hair out over such search terms like tennis courts for hire

In fact in Google Ireland at the time of this post all ten results where non-irish !! look at the Google Trends:

That seemed a little odd until this trend and these results :


It just feels wrong to me if an Australian is searching for “tennis court hire” more than any other country that Google will show you .com.au results even if you are in Ireland with a Irish IP ! It’s wrong Google and seriously Bing you shouldn’t be following suit?

Why Alt Tags are Important ?

A good spot by Rory in the SEO dept here today, he noticed a weird site link : if you look at the code you can see most pages have images with the alt tag “No alt tag specified”
